Since 2024, SM Retail — including SM Store, SM Retail Affiliates, and SM Markets — has actively supported employment opportunities across the country by organizing and participating in 191 job fairs of the SM Group, connecting with over 120,000 passionate job seekers. Of these, more than 3,500 were hired on the spot (HOTS), with many more progressing through the next stages of the recruitment journey.
