(PHILEXPORT), and SM Supermalls – a proud partner of DOLE since 2008.

Since 2024, SM Retail — including SM Store, SM Retail Affiliates, and SM Markets — has actively supported employment opportunities across the country by organizing and participating in 176 job fairs of the SM Group, connecting with over 99,000 passionate jobseekers. Of these, more than 3,000 were hired on the spot (HOTS), with many more progressing through the next stages of the recruitment journey.
