Share a toy, share a smile this December

It’s a joyful season with the SM Store’s sharing campaign

At the start of the year, SM Store shared 45,000 new and preloved toys to pediatric patients, orphans, indigenous groups, and elementary students. These are the collected toys from the Share a Toy campaign in December 2021. Partner organizations of SM Store and SM Foundation received these toys from shoppers and customers who gave what they had to make a kid smile. From hospitals like Amang Rodriguez Medical Center, Philippine Children’s Medical Center, and Philippine General Hospital to non-government organizations like Heart Warriors Tarlac Chapter and the Islamic orphanages under the Arkat Lawanen network in Mindanao, toys were shared and smiles were received in return. In collaboration with Toy Kingdom, the Share a Toy campaign was also able to give toys to indigenous groups including the Mangyan community in Sipitsaburan, Puerto Galera, Palawan tribe in Brooke’s Point, and the Panay Bukidnon in Calinog Iloilo. The Share a Toy campaign of SM Store and Toy Kingdom aims to create a culture of giving back and finding happiness through another person’s joy.
