SM Retail, the Philippines’ largest retail chain, just pulled off a spectacular job fair at SM Fairview, drawing over 2,100 enthusiastic job seekers. This epic event, part of the company’s mission to create #SoMuchOpportunities, saw a whopping 407 job applicants hired on the spot!
The job fair offered a diverse range of positions, from sales and customer service to store operations, banking, logistics, and food, ensuring there were opportunities to suit everyone’s skills and interests.
Twenty-two companies under SM Retail, SM Markets and other companies under SM Group teamed up with key government agencies like SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG, making this job fair the ultimate career playground. The job fair was also in partnership with the Private Sector Advisory Council (PSAC), Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP), and PHILEXPORT.
