The SM Retail Wellness Fair was all about good vibes and better health! Our employees came together for a day filled with free health screenings, expert wellness tips, and exciting challenges, all designed to help them feel their best, inside and out.
From quick checkups like blood sugar and blood pressure tests to posture assessments and physical mobility exams, our employees got the chance to learn more about their health. Nutrition talks, bone screenings, and lifestyle consultations were also conducted to inspire employees to make healthier choices every day.
But it wasn’t all serious — our employees also participated in health-themed games, tried tasty and nutritious treats, and scored freebies and giveaways from our partner brands.
Thanks to the support of our amazing healthcare partners like Asian Hospital and Medical Center, The Medical City, Shinagawa Healthcare Solutions, Hi-Precision Diagnostics, and many more, the event was a total wellness win!
