This year’s international theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the importance of lifting each other up. When women share their experiences, support one another, and open pathways for growth, everyone rises. It invites individuals and organizations to create spaces where women can thrive by offering knowledge, encouragement, and opportunities. It’s a practical and powerful call to action: empower others, and everyone gains.

  • Women in Leadership Roles: 2,462 (65%)
  • Women in STEM and Technical Roles (Information Technology, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Admin, Finance, Digital, etc.): 10,360 (64%)
  • Women Hired: 5,412 (56%)

These figures reflect our efforts to build a balanced workforce where women have equal access to opportunities across traditional and technical roles.

2025 Participation and Engagement of Women

  • Women Who Completed Training or Development Programs: 19,835 (60%)
  • Women Involved in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): 389 (81%)

This participation shows our focus in continuous learning and community-building for women to ensure that they have the tools, networks, and confidence to excel.
