(PHILEXPORT), and SM Supermalls – a proud partner of DOLE since 2008.

Since 2024, the SM Group has actively supported employment opportunities across the country by organizing and participating in 147 job fairs, connecting with over 81,000 passionate jobseekers. Focusing on SM Retail — including SM Store, SM Retail Affiliates, and SM Markets — the group has welcomed 17,741 jobseekers in these job fairs. Of these, an impressive 4,532 were hired on the spot (HOTS), with many more progressing through the next stages of the recruitment journey.
